RUN90 is a 90-day, 100+ mile challenge built to push your limits, elevate your consistency, and strengthen your community. The heart of RUN90 is simple: lace up, get outside, and put in intentional miles. No special gear. No complicated programming. Just steady, disciplined movement.
In RUN90, participants commit to running a minimum of 100 miles in 90 days, tracking progress and building momentum week by week.
But RUN90 isn’t just about mileage. It’s about showing up, even on the days you don’t feel like it. To stay active in the challenge, every participant must run at least one day per week. The rhythm of the challenge builds discipline, sparks personal growth, and connects runners of all levels in a shared pursuit of progress.
Whether you’re brand new to running or a seasoned athlete, RUN90 gives you a clear, structured path to improve your endurance, strengthen your mindset, and earn exclusive milestones and swag along the way.
RUCK90 is a 90-day rucking challenge built around consistency and commitment. The goal is to ruck (walk with weight in a backpack or vest) regularly and hit mileage milestones. Every participant starts with a 100-mile goal. Once you complete that, new tiers unlock (200, 300, 400, and beyond!)
The entry fee is $50 per challenge.
Yes. Special discounts are available for returning members who have completed the challenge
Anyone. Whether you’re brand new to rucking or an experienced rucker, the challenge is open to all ages and fitness levels.
Each round of RUCK90 lasts at least 90 days.
Everyone begins with the 100-mile goal. Once you reach that, additional mileage tiers unlock for you personally: 200, 300, 400, 500+.
You must ruck at least once every 7 days. If you go 7 consecutive days without a ruck, you disqualify yourself from the challenge.
Missing 7 days in a row means disqualification (DQ) for that quarter. Don't worry, if you DQ, you can start the challenge over within the same quarter once for free, however you lose any mileage you previously tracked in the quarter.
No. Rucks must be completed outdoors or on a track (indoor or outdoor). Treadmills are not allowed.
No. Any distance counts toward your mileage. There’s no required pace. The goal is consistency.
You must complete at least 100 miles within the 90 days to earn your custom tier T-shirt. The shirt design reflects the mileage tier you reached.
All T-shirts are ordered and shipped after the challenge ends. This ensures your final mileage tier is locked in and you get the correct shirt for the distance you completed. Shirts usually ship within a few weeks after the 90 days are over.
You’ll still gain the experience of the challenge, but you will not receive a T-shirt.
Miles are tracked through your submissions. We encourage honesty and accountability. This is a personal challenge to develop healthy habits and consistency this is not a competition.
All progress is displayed on the RUCKBOARD, which is updated regularly. You’ll be able to see your own mileage and how the community is doing. Make sure you are using our web app for the best RUCK90 experience. https://ruck90.com/app
You’ll submit your mileage by text or through the RUCK90 web app (instructions provided after sign-up).
