THE RULES ARE SIMPLE

CHALLENGE DURATION:

RUN90 is a 90-day, 100+ mile running challenge starting on the first day of each quarter and ending on the last.
Participants may join anytime, but all challenges end on the final day of the current quarter, no matter the start date.

MINIMUM WEEKLY ACTIVITY:

Participants must log at least one run per week.
Missing seven consecutive days results in disqualification for that quarter.

NO TREADMILLS:

All miles must be completed outdoors or on an indoor/outdoor track.
Treadmills do not count for RUN90.

LOGGING MILES:

Participants must log and submit their run miles consistently so progress can be tracked, validated, and celebrated.

FAIR PLAY:

Accuracy matters. RUN90 relies on honest reporting and integrity from every participant.
Run your miles. Log your miles. Keep the challenge authentic.

LEVEL UP:

Once participants hit 100 miles, the challenge continues.
They move into higher mileage tiers — 200, 300, 400, 500+, and beyond.
Each tier represents deeper discipline, stronger habits, and the determination to keep pushing to the very last day of the quarter.

RUN YOUR RACE:

Compete with others, push your edge, and strive for more — but above all, run your race.
Your pace. Your progress. Your growth.
Whether you finish at 100 miles or fight your way into the 500+ mile tier, every mile is a win and every run is a step toward a stronger version of yourself.

RUCK90 is a 90-day rucking challenge built around consistency and commitment. The goal is to ruck (walk with weight in a backpack or vest) regularly and hit mileage milestones. Every participant starts with a 100-mile goal. Once you complete that, new tiers unlock (200, 300, 400, and beyond!)

How much does it cost to join?

The entry fee is $50 per challenge.

Do returning members get discounts?

Yes. Special discounts are available for returning members who have completed the challenge

Who can join RUCK90?

Anyone. Whether you’re brand new to rucking or an experienced rucker, the challenge is open to all ages and fitness levels.

How long does the challenge last?

Each round of RUCK90 lasts at least 90 days.

What are the mileage goals?

Everyone begins with the 100-mile goal. Once you reach that, additional mileage tiers unlock for you personally: 200, 300, 400, 500+.

How do I stay active in the challenge?

You must ruck at least once every 7 days. If you go 7 consecutive days without a ruck, you disqualify yourself from the challenge.

What happens if I miss a week?

Missing 7 days in a row means disqualification (DQ) for that quarter. Don't worry, if you DQ, you can start the challenge over within the same quarter once for free, however you lose any mileage you previously tracked in the quarter.

Can I use a treadmill for my rucks?

No. Rucks must be completed outdoors or on a track (indoor or outdoor). Treadmills are not allowed.

Do rucks have to be a certain length or speed?

No. Any distance counts toward your mileage. There’s no required pace. The goal is consistency.

How do I earn the custom RUCK90 T-shirt?

You must complete at least 100 miles within the 90 days to earn your custom tier T-shirt. The shirt design reflects the mileage tier you reached.

When do I get my T-Shirt?

All T-shirts are ordered and shipped after the challenge ends. This ensures your final mileage tier is locked in and you get the correct shirt for the distance you completed. Shirts usually ship within a few weeks after the 90 days are over.

What happens if I don’t hit 100 miles?

You’ll still gain the experience of the challenge, but you will not receive a T-shirt.

Miles are tracked through your submissions. We encourage honesty and accountability. This is a personal challenge to develop healthy habits and consistency this is not a competition.
